A Planning Proposal was prepared for 15 Mulloway Road, Chain Valley Bay (RZ/1/2017) (the site).
The Planning Proposal sought to rezone the site from E2 Environmental Conservation and E3 Environmental Management, to R2 Low Density Residential, RE1 Public Recreation, E2 Environmental Conservation and E3 Environmental Management (approximately 3,000m2). The site is located within a development precinct identified by the State Government’s North Wyong Shire Structure Plan (2012).
The development would pay into the Northern Districts Contributions Plan – which is being reviewed to ensure the developer pays a fair and reasonable contribution towards community and recreation facilities as well as supporting road and servicing infrastructure.
The Planning Proposal and other relevant supporting documentation was exhibited between 1 November and 28 November 2021 at:

The community were invited to view the Draft Chain Valley Bay Planning Proposal (main document and technical documents) available in the document library on this page.
