Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a licence over part of Ettalong Oval at Lot 6 DP 831210, 7 Picnic Parade, Ettalong Beach, to Transport NSW for a period of 12 months.

Transport NSW is undertaking upgrade works to the intersection at Maitland Bay Drive and Picnic Parade, Ettalong Beach. The northern section of Ettalong Oval (next to the Broken Bay Scout Group hall) will be fenced off and used for access with or without construction vehicles and plant, storage of materials, equipment, containers and sheds, temporary fencing and gating associated with the upgrade works.

This licence will be exhibited online for 28 days, between 12 June 2020 and 9 July 2020.
