• Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a license to the following for a period of twelve (12) months:
• Budgewoi Scouts – 48 Narambi Rd Buff Point, Lot 38 DP 849208. Permitted Use: Activities related to and incidental to scouting and the achievement of the objectives of the Scouts NSW Australia.
• Tidy Towns - 2W Campbell Parade Mannering Park, Lot 83 DP 220400. Permitted Use: Storage of tools and meeting spot for volunteers who work to improve and clean-up the local area.
• Northern Power Cricket Club – 41 Crossingham St, Toukley Part of Lot 234 DP 755266. Permitted use: The operation of facilities for and associated with the playing of cricket

• Empire Bay Tennis Club – 7-9 Shelly Beach Rd, Empire Bay. Lot 49-50 DP 4707 Permitted use: The playing of tennis and the operation of facilities for and associated with the playing of tennis
• Tarragal Outrigger Canoe Club – The Haven, 2 Scenic Highway, Terrigal. Lot 6 DP 805477. Permitted use: Storage and placement of canoes for community use
