We conducted the Central Coast Leisure Centres and Pools Satisfaction Survey from 8 April to 13 May 2024 as part of our commitment to continually improve our services delivered to the community. Your information was collected to help us gauge satisfaction, service, quality, and value for money. The facilities we sought feedback on were:

The results from this survey will be benchmarked to the survey from 2020, where we addressed the community feedback provided, including a range of facility upgrades, and new and improved programs and services.

We invited you to complete the Central Coast Leisure Centres & Pools Satisfaction Survey between 8 April and 13 May 2024. The survey was originally planned to close on 6 May, we extended the date to give our community more time to tell us what they think, via: online: submission form (one for each centre).

What is the Central Coast Leisure Centres & Pools Satisfaction Survey?

This survey has been designed to find out what matters most to people on the Central Coast when it comes to leisure centres and pools. We would like to hear what our community would see for the future of the Central Coast recreational services.

Why are you doing this survey now?

Council is continually reviewing leisure centres & pools to meet the changing needs of the community, including what people are enjoying using, and what more they would like to see.

We’re engaging now so that Council’s strategic plans are guided by customer values and deliver the leisure centre & pools' service levels they would like to see into the future.

How can I have my say?
