Lease of community land at various locations - November 2021

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease to the following for a period of ten years:

• Central Coast Potters Society - 10A Russell Drysdale St East Gosford, Lot 10 & Part Lot 11, DP 604466. Permitted Use: Community programs, activities and services primarily focused on Pottery.
• Wyong Lakes Australian Football Club - 1W Wolseley Ave, Tacoma, Part Lot 1 Sect 29 DP 4460. Permitted Use: Community Sports Clubhouse.
• Mannering Park Amateur Sailing Club - 27 Grace St Mannering Park, Lot 137 DP 218427. Permitted Use: Not for Profit Community Sailing and Yach Club.
• Erina Tennis Club - 27 Karalta Rd Erina, Part Lot 10 DP 1045250. Permitted Use: Community Tennis Club.
• Maidens Brush Tennis Club Inc - 60 Maidens Brush Rd Wyoming, Part Lot 13 DP 236613. Permitted Use: Community Tennis Club.
• Matcham Valley Pony Club - 17 Wattle Tree Rd Holgate, Part Lot 2 DP 1100021. Permitted Use: Not for Profit Community Pony Club Amenities and Riding Arena.
• Southern & Ettalong United Soccer Club - 58 Alpha Rd Woy Woy, Part Lot 47 DP 5480. Permitted Use: Community Sports Clubhouse.
• Coast Community Connections Limited - 93 McMasters Road, Woy Woy, Yaringaa Building, Part Lot 11 DP 559020. Permitted Use: Community services, offices and community hiring (Aged Care).
• Coast Community Connections Limited - 93 McMasters Road, Woy Woy, Peninsula Community Centre (part), Part Lot 11 DP 559020. Permitted Use: Childcare and Before and After School Care.

• East Gosford Soccer Club - 33 Althorp Street East Gosford, Part Lot 18 DP 197405. Permitted Use: Community Sports Clubhouse.
• Central Coast Local Health District - 70 Chelmsford Road, Lake Haven, Part Lot 31 DP 1221812. Permitted Use: Youth Mental Health Services.
• Kincumber Neighbourhood Centre Inc - Building 2, 22 Kincumber St Kincumber, Part Lot 3 DP 749376. Permitted Use: Community based programs, activities and services supporting the local community.
