Lease of community land at various locations - August 2023

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease to the following for a period of 10 years:

• Gosford Preschool – 29 Waratah St, East Gosford, Lot 1 DP 1027281
  Permitted Use: Operating a childcare centre for preschool age children
• Yarran Early Intervention Centre – 29 Waratah St, East Gosford, Lot 1 DP 1027281
  Permitted Use:  Operating an early intervention centre for preschool age children
• Central Coast Soaring Club – Part of 156 Bloodtree Road, Mangrove Mountain - Lot 81 DP 664567.
  Permitted Use:  Airfield, training room and hanger for glider pilots
• Saratoga Community Garden – Part of 2 Mimosa Ave, Saratoga, Lot 28 DP 975391
  Permitted Use: Establishment and operation of a community garden.
• The Entrance Preschool – 25-27 Norberta St, The Entrance, Lot 92 & 93 DP 18372
  Permitted Use: Operating a childcare centre for preschool age children
• Pearl Beach Arboretum – Part of 69 Amethyst Ave, Pearl Beach – Lot 215 & 216 DP 755251
  Permitted Use: Fetes, cultural activities, celebrations, gatherings, weddings, exhibitions/demonstrations, commercial photos/filming concerts
• Woy Woy Community Garden – 85 Moana St, Woy Woy, Lot 116 & 117 DP 6213
  Permitted Use: Community Garden, nature play activities, bush regeneration and educational programs
• Central Coast Football – Bloodtree Oval, Part of 156 Bloodtree Road, Mangrove Mountain - Lot 81 DP 664567.
  Permitted use: sportsground, active recreation and community-based services and activities supporting the local community.
• Charmhaven Tennis Centre Incorporated – 35W Parkside Drive, Charmhaven NSW 2263 – Part of Lot 1 DP724871
  Permitted Use: Tennis Playing, coaching and tennis associated activities 
• Long Jetty & District Seniors Citizen’s Club Incorporated - 6 Thompson St, Long Jetty, Lot 2,3,10,11 & 12 DP 13225. 
  Permitted use: For use as a senior citizens centre and associated activities.

  Permitted use: community-based programs, activities and services supporting the local community.
• Wyoming Community Centre – 147 Maidens Brush Rd Wyoming, Lot 4 DP 618624
  Permitted use: community-based programs, activities and services supporting the local community.
• Gwandalan Tidy Towns - Part of 10 Summerland Rd, Summerland Point, Lot 52 DP 785458
  Permitted Use: Storage of tools and meeting spot for volunteers who work to improve and clean-up the local area
