Business Retention and Expansion Survey

Central Coast Council is excited to announce the launch of our Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) Survey.

This economic development initiative is the first of its kind and is part of our ongoing commitment to understanding business needs and the economy of the Central Coast.

This survey will serve as an annual data collection and industry insights tool to better understand how local businesses are travelling year on year.

Why Your Input Matters

By participating in this survey and sharing your insights you will direct Council advocacy efforts to other levels of government as patterns and trends are identified.

The program will also help us tailor the delivery of information on economic development support programs and resources available to local businesses.

And once connected, by completing the survey, you can opt-in to receive ongoing information and resources that will support the retention and expansion of your business.

Next steps

We invited Central Coast business owners to participate in the survey and share their insights between 2 September and 30 September 2024.

The results will be shared so Central Coast business owners can understand the business patterns and trends occurring within our local industry. The results will also ensure Council can provide direct information and resources available to local business that will support retention and expansion.
